Users can track their parcels through our website.

·         Mobile App

o   Camera barcode scanning

Camera is used only for scanning barcode and afterward we do not save any image on device or on server.

o   Device information

We do not log any information about device on our server.

o   Location information

We do not save location of user on our server.

o   Local storage

We use local storage only to save some temporary data. (Like barcode and user name)

How we use information we collect

We use collected data only to facilitate your request and we do not use those data for any other benefit.

Transparency and choice

We have the option in our app to not use the camera to scan barcodes. You can easily enter your barcode manually.

Information security

We work hard to protect DANX and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold.
